Thank you so much for looking after me. I am thrilled with the results and can’t wait to wear my bikini on holiday in a few weeks time. I won’t have to worry about certain bits and bobs poking out all over the place!
As my procedure (Labia reduction) was quite an embarrassing one, I was nervous about discussing it, but Cheryl and Mr Iregbulem were so reassuring and understanding that I instantly relaxed and placed myself in their capable hands.
My surgery was carried out in the most tranquil and private environment I could have wished for. I was thoroughly pampered. The aftercare was wonderful too with daily phone calls and advice. I could contact profile at any time of the day and night and they would always be there to answer my questions. Most importantly, I am thrilled with the results. The whole experience, from the initial phone call to the final check up was so pleasant and easy, I barely feel like I have had surgery at all.
I cannot recommend Cheryl and her team highly enough.

I had been looking to find a good cosmetic reconstructive surgeon for a while, to correct a previous labia reduction procedure, which had left me disappointed, depressed and very upset.
Then I came across Profile cosmetic surgery, and before I knew it, I was talking to Cheryl, one of Profiles patient co-ordinators, and she was absolutely wonderful, right from the start. I told Cheryl my story and she was very understanding, helpful and happy to answer my questions that I had. I was reassured and any embarrassing feelings that I had talking about such a personal procedure disappeared.
At the consultation I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, and Mr Iregbulem was very friendly and reassuring and I soon felt confident in his care. Everything was explained carefully to me and I was shown some before and after photographs, which helped put my mind at rest.
After deciding to go ahead with the surgery, Cheryl was there every step of the way to organise everything for me. She was only a phone call away if I had any queries or was worried about anything.
The surgery took place at the Highgate Private Hospital, which was warm, welcoming and clean. I had everything I needed and was looked after well. The food was very nice and all the nurses and staff were lovely. After my surgery I required an overnight stay and was ready to go home the next day.
It’s now been a few weeks and I am already amazed with the results of my surgery, which involved along with labia reduction the clitoral excess removed. Mr Iregbulem has given me back my confidence, leaving me feeling much more feminine. The procedure was done exactly how I had always imagined it to be, only better. Mr Iregbulem carried out a highly skilled surgery procedure, with amazing results, and I cannot thank him enough as I couldn’t be happier.
Thank you to everyone at Profile for taking good care of me, and thanks especially to Cheryl for all her hard work. I couldn’t have wished for a better patient care co-ordinator. I would like to recommend Profile cosmetic surgery to anyone thinking of having cosmetic surgery. Profile has been professional and outstanding in every way. My only regret has been not finding Profile the first time.
